We don't handicap our smaller units to force you to buy a larger, more expensive unit just to get a feature set you want (like our competitors do). All of our appliances are high quality server hardware and utilize flash boot modules which get the units up and running in about 30 seconds. Our competitors don't do flash boot because it's expensive. We do flash boot because it makes the machines more reliable and reduces failure rates found with hard drive booting machines. None of our competitors offer a similarly priced product with the features and quality components of even our $1999 MailFoundry 2100.
All MailFoundry Appliances have a 90 day warranty and M-F, 8-5 (CST) telephone support. Our rapid replacement service will ship you a new MailFoundry appliance in the event of a hardware failure. This is especially valuable for customers who demand high availability in their network operations.
One of the special features of all of our units is their ability to be backed up to our network. Once selected, your MailFoundry's configuration is safely stored on our network. In the event of a catastrophic hardware failure, you can reload the saved configuration to your replacement MailFoundry appliance and in seconds be back up and running with all of your old unit's settings.
You can try a MailFoundry network appliance in your own network free for 30 days with our Trial Program. Be warned! Once you put MailFoundry into your network, you won't want to give it back! Our customers are fanatic about their units and for good reason - they work as advertised. If you are unhappy with your unit just return it within 30 days.
