MailFoundry is looking for part time and full time positions in our customer (tech) support staff to support our email security customers world-wide. Applicants will be assisting customers with set up of their service, support with existing services and help with troubleshooting problems with their services.
Applicants must have good communications skills, knowledge of internet, web browsers and email systems. Knowledge of TCP/IP and computer networking a plus. This position is in our Green Bay offices and support with customers will be primarily via telephone and email.
