MailFoundry is seeking a marketing coordinator to join our team. Duties of this position include:
- Creating and maintaining promotional ads for print, email and web campaigns.
- Keeping up to date with new company products and developing creative ideas on promoting new products.
- Maintaining up to date press and channel database records and performing data entry as necessary.
- Scheduling travel and tradeshow arrangements and logistics.
- Keeping informed of programs, tradeshow exhibitions, and other products to create and maximize marketing or promotion opportunities with the press, magazines, etc.
- Creating literature and assisting in developing marketing plans.
REQUIREMENTS
The right marketing coordinator candidate will have the following:
- PC/Mac skills to include MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Apple's iWork applications.
- Candidate must be detailed, proactive and able to handle multiple tasks in timely manner.
- Possess the ability to be a team player and assist others.
- Successful candidate must be able to work with all levels in the organization and have an ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Demonstrated an ability to perform assigned tasks under own initiative and an ability to prioritize and organize.
- Excellent writing composition skills.
